Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the jlmk platform (the "Platform"), you ("User," "Player," or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the jlmk Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

jlmk reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

Eligibility and Age Verification

Use of the jlmk Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required by Philippine gaming regulations applicable to online casino-style gaming.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) accessing the Platform for personal entertainment purposes.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or officer of jlmk, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with jlmk or any other gaming operator.

jlmk reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the timeframe specified by jlmk may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

Account Registration and Management

To access the full features of the jlmk Platform, you must register an account via the jlmk Login page. The following rules apply to account registration and management:

• One Account Per Player: Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) jlmk account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jlmk Login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party.
• Unauthorized Access: You must notify jlmk immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account. jlmk will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Account Closure: You may request closure of your jlmk account at any time by contacting customer support. Any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures prior to closure.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

All financial transactions on the jlmk Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: jlmk accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers through major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to eligible Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted.
• Prohibited Payment Methods: Cryptocurrency transactions of any kind are strictly prohibited on the jlmk Platform. Credit card deposits for gambling purposes are not accepted, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
• Minimum Transactions: Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as specified on the Platform's cashier page and are subject to change with notice.
• Withdrawal Verification: Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification (KYC) requirements. jlmk reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of verification procedures.
• Processing Times: Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are subject to the processing schedules of the relevant financial institutions. jlmk is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banks.
• Currency of Account: All account balances, wagers, winnings, and bonuses are denominated in Philippine Peso. jlmk does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.

Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

The following rules govern gameplay on the jlmk Platform:

• Game Rules: Each game available on jlmk is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers.
• Random Number Generation: All jlmk games that rely on random outcomes use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and audited for fairness. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published for each game.
• Malfunction Policy: In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that affects the outcome of a game, jlmk reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager amount to the player's account. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.
• Prohibited Conduct: The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of winnings: use of automated betting software or bots; exploitation of software bugs or errors; collusion with other players; any form of cheating, fraud, or manipulation of game outcomes.
• Wager Limits: Minimum and maximum wager limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. jlmk reserves the right to impose individual player wager limits at its discretion.

Bonuses and Promotions

jlmk offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Specific wagering requirements are stated in each promotion's terms and conditions.
• Bonus Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. jlmk reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion and to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse bonus offers, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing low-risk wagers to meet wagering requirements, or any other form of bonus manipulation, will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins are subject to expiry periods as specified in the relevant promotion. Expired bonuses will be removed from the player's account without compensation.
• Withdrawal of Bonuses: jlmk reserves the right to withdraw any bonus from a player's account if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the bonus was claimed in error or in violation of these Terms.

Responsible Gaming Obligations

jlmk is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The following obligations apply to all players:

• Players must not use the Platform if they are aware that they have a gambling problem or have been advised by a medical professional to refrain from gambling.
• Players are encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available on the Platform, including deposit limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion options.
• Players who wish to self-exclude may do so by contacting jlmk customer support. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours and will remain in effect for the period specified by the player.
• jlmk reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the player may be experiencing gambling-related harm.

Intellectual Property

All content on the jlmk Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements, is the property of jlmk or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of jlmk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlmk shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising in connection with the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service provided thereon.
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your account data resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Any losses arising from reliance on information provided on the Platform.

jlmk's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jlmk account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Account Suspension and Termination

jlmk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account, and to withhold or forfeit any balance therein, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player without valid cause.
• Use of the Platform in a manner that jlmk reasonably believes is harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other players.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.

Where jlmk suspends or terminates an account due to a breach of these Terms, any balance in the account may be forfeited. Where suspension is for investigative purposes, the balance will be held pending the outcome of the investigation.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact jlmk's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. jlmk will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes in good faith within a reasonable timeframe.

Miscellaneous Provisions

• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and jlmk with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
• Waiver: jlmk's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
• Assignment: You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms without jlmk's prior written consent. jlmk may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
• Language: These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
